Abstract
|
|
|
dl ¥á-Tocopherol in the multivitamins was saponified and seperated with thin layer chromatography.
It was colored by Ferric chloride and ¥á, ¥á¢¥-Dipyridyl.
dl-¥á-Tocopherol and d-Boitin in ithe multivitamins could be determined with thin layer chromatography and ncolorimetry used by Emerie-Engel method to dl--Tocopherol and p-DACA methoed to d-Biotin.
The results summerized as follows:
1. Same maximum absworbance are given at 520mu to dl-¥á-Tocopherol and using the above muntioned method.
2. Beer¢¥s law obeyed for 30~160mcg/ml to dl-¥á-Tocopherol and 30~140 mcg/ml to d-Biotin.
3. Reproducibility is good samely for two components, that is, offered S¡Â4.3% to dl-¥á-Tocopherol and S¡Â3.0% to d-Biotin.
4. Thin layer chromatogoraphic and spectrophotometric have been developed for rapid and fairly accurate determination of dl-¥á-Tocopherol and d-Biotin in the multivitamins.
